Job Title: Resort Transport Host

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to serve as our resort transport host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience through professional buggy transport service within the resort.

Your role will involve greeting and welcoming guests at designated pick-up points, driving them safely and comfortably in the buggy to and from villas, restaurants, and resort facilities, and assisting with luggage handling during arrival, departure, or upon request.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the buggy is clean, well-maintained, and fully charged at all times, and providing information about resort facilities and services to our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A secondary/high school education
  • A valid Class 3 driving license
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles
  • Five years of driving experience with a clean driving record

Please note that we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
