Koh Bus Transport Service is launching a night-time minibus service catering primarily to hotel, restaurant, and hospitality industry workers. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of night-shift transport needs and existing contacts within the hospitality sector to help us design, build, and grow this service from the ground up.

The role goes beyond day-to-day coordination — the successful candidate will play a key role in business development, client acquisition, and operational planning to ensure this service is reliable, safe, and well-integrated with our clients' working schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use industry experience and contacts to secure clients (e.g. hotels, restaurants, resorts, event venues) for night-time minibus services.
  2. Plan and develop efficient night-time routes tailored to the needs of hospitality and F&B workers.
  3. Receive trip orders and plan onboarding procedures for passengers.
  4. Coordinate with customers and stakeholders (HR managers, operations teams) on scheduling, onboarding, and service requirements.
  5. Assign suitable drivers for night shifts, ensuring safety, punctuality, and compliance with regulations.
  6. Oversee driver training and uphold service quality.
  7. Handle client feedback, queries, and issues constructively.
  8. Monitor demand patterns, competitor services, and market trends to adjust and improve offerings.
  9. Perform other duties to achieve the goals of the night-time service project.

Requirements & Attributes:

  1. Proven experience in transport operations, ideally with exposure to night-shift or worker shuttle services.
  2. Strong network of contacts in the hospitality, F&B, or events industries.
  3. Excellent communication skills; able to liaise confidently with corporate clients and frontline workers alike.
  4. Meticulous and able to manage multiple schedules without errors.
  5. Team player with leadership capabilities.
  6. Proficient in IT tools to manage bookings, scheduling, and driver coordination.
  7. Good knowledge of Singapore's road network and high-demand night-time zones.
  8. Capable of preparing proposals, presentations, and route plans for client pitches.
  9. Adaptable, dependable, and able to thrive under time-sensitive conditions.
  10. Positive attitude, initiative-driven, and committed to service excellence.
