Roles & Responsibilities

Koh Bus Transport Service is expanding into the tourism transport sector . We are seeking an experienced professional with proven expertise in tourism and charter bus services, plus strong industry contacts with tour operators, travel agencies, and attractions to help us design, launch, and grow our tourism bus service.

This is not just an operational role — the successful candidate will lead the development of new routes, secure strategic partnerships, and ensure our services deliver an exceptional experience for both local and international travellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage industry connections to secure partnerships with tour agencies, hotels, attractions, and event organisers.
  2. Design and develop tourism-focused routes and charter services, ensuring they meet market demand and enhance the travel experience.
  3. Coordinate with clients on itineraries, pick-up/drop-off points, and scheduling.
  4. Assign suitable drivers and ensure they are trained in customer service and tourism safety standards.
  5. Uphold service quality through ongoing training, performance checks, and feedback management.
  6. Manage and resolve client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  7. Monitor tourism trends, peak seasons, and competitor offerings to enhance service packages.
  8. Assist in creating promotional materials, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners and clients.
  9. Carry out other duties to support the development and success of the tourism bus service.

Requirements & Attributes:

  1. Proven experience in tourism transport operations (charter bus, sightseeing tours, or travel agency transport).
  2. Strong network of tourism industry contacts , especially in Singapore and the region.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively with international clients and local partners.
  4. Meticulous in planning routes, schedules, and client arrangements.
  5. Team player with leadership abilities.
  6. Proficient in IT tools for bookings, route planning, and customer communication.
  7. Knowledge of key tourist attractions, hotels, and travel hubs in Singapore and neighbouring regions.
  8. Creative in designing memorable travel experiences through transport solutions.
  9. Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure during peak tourism seasons.
  10. Positive, client-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
