All Stranger Soccer games have an Official Host, who was appointed by Stranger Soccer, and has undergone special training with us. Official Hosts are our brand ambassadors: welcoming players and actively facilitating the game, to ensure safe, fun, and balanced play. Hosts are the face of the Stranger Soccer brand and ensure players have a great game experience.

**Role**

We are looking for a male or female “Chief Host” to serve as an outstanding Official Host, setting the example for others. He or she can expect to split time as follows:
**60%** - in the field - host games as an outstanding, exemplary Official Host - the best of the best

**40%** - in the office - oversee the other 20+ Official Hosts - e.g. training, onboarding, assessing, scheduling

A schedule will be agreed within the time frames weekdays 1-10 pm and weekends 10 am - 10 pm.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Customer Service Background
- Very charismatic, outgoing, fun, and friendly
- Passionate about football, including playing
- Maturity and/or experience supervising, training, and disciplining others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic MS office skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Own transport is a plus

**Remuneration**
- $1,800 month + CPF
- Monthly transport allowance
- $500 Completion bonus every 6 months
- 50% off merchandise & games
