The CEO office hosts several functions that include i) strategy and planning; ii) engaging and hosting visiting key Regional and Global Senior Executives, and top clients; iii) supporting major bank wide employee engagement events and; iv) directing special strategic projects.

The CEO Office is currently seeking a high calibre professional with experience in event managements and managing senior stakeholders to join the team as an** ESG and Corporate Events Senior Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

The CEO Office is currently seeking a high calibre professional with experience in event managements and managing senior stakeholders to join the team as ESG and Corporate Events Senior Manager.

In particular, the role is responsible for the delivery and implementation of engagement and events activities for the CEO Singapore Office. This individual will work closely with various core teams to co-ordinate plans and events to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across our varied employee groups - while contributing towards creating a positive workplace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Planning, organizing and directing all official C-suite entertainment and social events conducted by the Chief Executive of Singapore and other key Regional and Global Senior Executives during their visits to Singapore
- Developing, organising and/or supporting meaningful bank wide employee engagement events that directly involve the Chief Executive for Singapore. Activities can be viewed through 3 key pillars: Community, Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion
- Support the monitoring of Chief Executive Central Managed Services & Office (CMSO) spending
- Support assigned special strategic projects initiated by the Chief Executive Singapore that include defining the project brief to delivering key outcomes of said projects

The job holder is required to work independently due to the unique nature of the job. The post is demanding, calling for good interpersonal skills and an awareness of sensitivity both internally and publicly.

It is a high-profile job requiring contact with senior management all the way to Group level, both internal and external customers and requires tact, professionalism and patience. It is important that the job holder has (or cultivates) a good understanding of the Bank.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree w/ at least ten years’ experience in planning and implementing special events
- Success in communications and outreach (writing and PR)
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and presenter, creative thinker and team player
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Basic accounting skills
