Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will support the implementation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.

**Job Description**:

- Support with the annual ESG Report production, including data collection, writing and design based on the GRI Standards and support with TCFD where required
- Drive the Making Health and Financial Security Accessible, Building Social Capital and Community Investment workstreams including monitoring targets, conducting regular reviews with stakeholders, and implementation of initiatives for each workstream
- Support with Materiality Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement covering government and regulator, employees, customers, agency distributors and civil society
- Manage the ESG Report external assurance process
- Lead award submissions and drive thought leadership opportunities
- Lead ESG training for all employees and agency distributors including developing content, format and overall coordination
- Oversee production of all ESG assets and lead all ESG socialisation including ESG Report collaterals, ESG events and internal/external socialisation
- Manage key partnership including with the NUS Sustainable and Green Finance Institute

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree

Working Experience
- Experience in Knowledge and understanding of ESG issues, regulatory developments and ESG Reporting standards and frameworks will be an advantage
