With over 30,000 registered users, Stranger Soccer hosts 100+ games a week across 20 locations via its acclaimed Mobile App, which makes playing as easy as going for a jog. Browse. Book a slot. Turn up. Play. Stranger Soccer is now expanding to gateway cities throughout the world.

All Stranger Soccer games have an Official Host, who was appointed by Stranger Soccer, and has undergone special training with us. Official Hosts are our brand ambassadors: welcoming players and actively facilitating the game, to ensure safe, fun, and balanced play. Hosts are the face of the Stranger Soccer brand and ensure players have a great game experience.

**Role**

We are looking for an outstanding person to serve as Chief Host & Community Manager. He or she will split time as follows:
**Role Model Hosting Games (40%)** - Serve out in the field as an outstanding and exemplary Official Host, hosting 5-10 games a week, and showcasing the best of what Stranger Soccer has to offer.

**Host Manager (30%)**:

- Based in the office, manage the team of 25+ Official Hosts. This includes Onboarding, Training, Assessing, and Scheduling the team.

**Community Manager (30%)**:
**Requirements**:

- Strong Customer Service Background
- Charismatic, outgoing, fun, and friendly
- Maturity and/or experience supervising, training, and managing others
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Passionate about football
- Experience in social media
- Good photography and videography skills
- Basic MS office skills
- Having own transport is a plus

**Remuneration**
- $2,500 month
- Monthly transport allowance
- 50% off merchandise & games

**Salary**: $2,500.00 per month
