**Program Manager, Financial Systems Integration**

**Job Summary**:
The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of host-to-host banking solutions, including the integration of banking systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and other financial management tools. This role requires deep knowledge of electronic banking solutions, strong project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant banking integration solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and managed host-to-host banking integration projects, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external banking partners to ensure seamless integration of financial systems, including payment processing, reporting, and reconciliation workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, banks, and third-party vendors, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all banking integrations comply with regulatory standards (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, or other global payment protocols).
- Regularly update senior management on project status, deliverables, risks, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for all data exchanges between the company and banking partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities to meet both internal and client needs.
- Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring a high standard of delivery, accountability, and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree **in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- **5+ years **of experience in program or project management, ideally within the banking or financial technology sector.
- **Proven experience **leading host-to-host banking integration projects, including experience with payment systems (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA) and ERP integration.
- Strong understanding of **corporate banking **, **treasury management systems **, and global payment networks.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and **data security **standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, or GDPR) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an eye for detail.
