Planning and designing the program
- Lead communication and solution delivery across cross-functional operating teams
- Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams
- Managing the program’s budget
- Resource allocation to each project of the program
- Responsible for the overall deliveries of the program
- Managing third party contribution
- Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
- Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Project Director

**Qualification**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company,
- Demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and functional teams
- Experience in Magento, Salesforce project management is a plus.
- Full product lifecycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch, and post Go-Live maintenance
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Developer in engineering software environment strongly desired
- Effective leadership, interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to highly engineering and non-engineering stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English
- High level of initiative, passion, and desire to create a world-class user experience for customers
- Ability to lead teams through issue resolution and risk management
