We are seeking an highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Executive, Administrative. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the College's outreach and admissions campaigns and activities.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support for events, workshops, visits, seminars, talks, and learning journeys. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with post-event reporting and analysis to refine and improve future events.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Associate Dean's role-based email account and calendar.
  • Provide expert administrative and operational support for outreach activities and events, including purchasing, logistics, marketing communications, and data collection and analysis.
  • Contribute to planning and developing effective and engaging outreach events.
  • Ensure smooth execution of outreach events on-site and participate actively in outreach events.
  • Maintain and update databases for outreach events and conduct post-event surveys and reporting to inform future outreach activities.
  • Promote the College's programmes to prospective students at outreach and admissions events/activities.
  • Support engineering schools on outreach activities and events.
  • Foster timely communication and coordinate updates and changes to admissions and scholarship offers.
