Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Guest Services Professional.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Residence Manager and provide exceptional service to our guests.
You will be responsible for handling cashiering functions, adhering to our Standard Policies & Procedures, and maintaining good guest relations at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
- Handle cashiering functions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times
- Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding SR facilities, major city attractions and events
- Maintain effective communication with all personnel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- O-Level or equivalent qualification
- Ability to perform rotating shifts
- Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
