Job Summary

CUBE HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our team. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and check-in according to our standards and procedures.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service.
  • Understand each guest request and address them promptly.
  • Check out guests courteously and accurately.
  • Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to our standards and procedures.
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions.
  • Keep informed about Singapore's major city attractions and events, so to provide guests with accurate information as requested.

Requirements:

  • Open to entry-level candidates.
  • Advantageous to have 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
  • Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
