Key Responsibilities

A Guest Experience Lead at Conrad Centennial Singapore is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for guests, ensuring satisfaction of executive guests throughout their stay. They must respond to enquiries, provide advice and information, and maintain a high level of service quality.

Key Tasks
  • Assist guests in creating memorable experiences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and brief hotel departments on their requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Manage the front desk and assist with arrivals and departures.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, and maintain F&B setups during events.
  • Welcome guests and assist them during their stay, addressing enquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory levels and cleanliness standards in the lounge and reception areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Familiarize with hotel policies and undertake tasks as instructed by the Guest Experience Manager.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in luxury hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ability to listen to demanding needs.
  • Multi-lingual and accountable, with the ability to work under pressure.
