Job Summary:

As a Senior Guest Service Executive at Far East Organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless hospitality services to our guests. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can handle various responsibilities with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, handling their requests and providing accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Be familiar with all room types and rates, up-selling opportunities, and ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are adhered to.
  • Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly, and report to supervisors for further follow-up when necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication with hotel personnel and maintain a professional working relationship.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-level qualification
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality, with good public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera systems is advantageous
