Business Development Manager for Outbound Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Call Centre Manager to join our team at SJGROUP ADVISORS. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments with our sales representatives.
- Persuade potential clients to schedule a tentative appointment with our sales team.
- Manage data entry and maintain records of leads and appointments.
- Recruit, train, and supervise other telemarketers within the team.
- Talent acquisition: recruit potential sales managers via cold-calling and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
- Proficient in technology and office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in another language is an advantage.
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar field.
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone and possess a confident and pleasant personality.
- Will to learn recruitment skills and work independently as part of a team.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
