Outbound Sales Development Leader

As a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales Development at Remote, you will play a key leadership role within our Global Talent organization. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and sales development.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute outbound strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion
- Lead a team of Sales Development Managers and direct reports to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and enhance customer experiences
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in second-line leadership roles with a focus on prospecting in the APAC region
- Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels
- Strong sales acumen experience in a closing role is highly preferred
- Proficiency with a robust tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products
- Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $106,800 USD per annum
