Lead Sales Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Development organization in the APAC region.
About the Role:This key leadership position will oversee the achievement of pipeline generation and revenue goals for our GTM organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales development landscape and strong people management skills to drive team performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining outbound strategy, providing strategic direction to the Sales Development team, coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior leaders, and developing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness.
The role requires extensive knowledge of sales development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and translate into effective strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels, experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives, and a passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Define outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team
- C0ach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders
- Develop and implement effective programs to enhance SDR effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team
- Work closely with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams
- Experienced in second-line leadership role with a focus on prospecting in APAC
- Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels
- Strong sales acumen experience in a closing role preferred
- Proficiency with robust tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products
- Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
The base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 USD - $106,800 USD, depending on location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
