
Part-Time Company Secretary

We are a chartered accountancy firm providing accounting, tax and business advisory services to entrepreneurial SMEs and corporates.
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties including preparation of directors' and shareholders' minutes of meeting and resolutions.
- Ensure timely submission of Annual Returns and other filings to regulatory bodies.
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations for compliance.
- Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulations.
- Handle share transactions documentation, including transfers and issuances.
- Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies for prompt responses to inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for company secretarial matters, supporting internal teams.
- Undertake administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Diploma / Degree in business, accountancy or related field is required. CSIS/ISCA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial role is preferred. Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication, when engaging with clients and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
