We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Operations Coordinator to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the key point of contact between executives, internal staff, and external stakeholders
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Prepare presentation materials, management reports, and memos
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and workspace upkeep
  • Coordinate events, team activities, and office-wide communications
  • Assist with communication and scheduling involving regional counterparts
  • Support HR, finance, or compliance-related administrative needs as required
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly and maintains a professional environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Fluency in Korean or Chinese is an advantage due to regional coordination
