Job Title

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading commercial operations across the Asia-Oceania region.

  • Manage and grow customer relationships in the region.
  • Conduct client visits, attend trade shows, and lead prospecting activities to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and pricing updates to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Track sales performance and report progress in regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor customer creditworthiness and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Support commercial/technical documentation by translating and reviewing documents as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product and quality improvements.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Sales required, preferably with a focus on the Asia-Oceania region.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles and market conditions in the Asia-Oceania region is necessary to drive business growth.
  • Professional and technical English language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and automation is necessary to provide expert advice and support.
  • Frequent travel across the region is expected, so flexibility and adaptability are key qualities for this role.
