We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the Programmes and Operations function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the management of our centres.

  • This includes our satellite centres at ComLink.
  • The Director will also be responsible for overseeing the overall quality and design of service programmes across our organisation.

We require a client-centric, resourceful, proactive individual who possesses leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Development: Developing strategies for enhancing staff skills and competencies
  • Operational Review: Conducting regular meetings to review and improve operational efficiency
  • Expense Monitoring: Ensuring programme expenses remain within budget allocations
  • Centre Workplans: Developing strategic workplans for each centre in line with organisational objectives
  • Operational Resolution: Leading the resolution of operational challenges within the centre
  • Team Performance: Managing the performance and engagement of the programmes team
