Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the direction of our programmes and services, and play a key role in developing the skills of the Service Group providing Children and Youth Services. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of operational initiatives to ensure efficient delivery of services by the CYS group.
Key responsibilities include managing financial and manpower resources, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with senior management to drive organisational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of organisational leadership and programme development.">
Responsibilities
- Lead review and development of strategic priorities and plans for the Service Group
- Oversee development of practice and competency frameworks, service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines
- Evaluate services and practices provided by the Service Group, identifying areas of development
- Review and develop programme and centre-specific plans and targets to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful execution of organisational goals
- Ensure overall compliance with governance guidelines and regulations
Operational Efficiency and Resource Management
- Lead efforts to ensure operation of the Service Group runs efficiently and effectively
