**Programme Sr / Executive (Strategic Innovation Programme)**

The Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) was formed to spearhead co-learning and innovation in healthcare. Our key thrusts are building thought leadership in healthcare innovation and improvement; driving workforce transformation to focus on productivity and creating value for our patients; and enabling healthcare training to develop healthcare leaders of the future. Our strategic thrusts are enabled through a closely-connected ecosystem of strategic innovation partners, and innovation programmes and funding that supports projects to redesign healthcare. Based at the Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation, a new purpose-built centre for healthcare innovation, CHI aims to transform healthcare and its workforce to be future-ready, and agile in the face of change. Aligned with CHI’s key thrusts in driving innovation projects, the Strategic Innovation Programmes focus on redesigning and transforming hospital care at the systems level.

**The Challenges**:
The incumbent for this role will support TTSH's Hospital Without Walls Strategic Innovation Programmes (Every Moment A Rehab Moment) that focuses on the transformation journey to create and enable moments of rehabilitation pre, during hospital stay and home/community. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide project management and administrative support to the Programme Director to ensure successful execution of programme to meet objectives and targets according to stipulated timelines. This will involve managing and tracking the implementation milestones, monitoring and reporting of project outcomes; and managing the financial expenditure of the Strategic Innovation Programme.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist Programme Team in preparing project proposals and strategic updates to Senior Management
- Liaise closely with stakeholders to provide overall programme management support, including tracking and execution of implementation milestones and deliverables and outcomes
- Work closely with implementation partners (e.g. IT, Clinical Users, Technology Partners, Technical Partners) to ensure smooth implementation delivery
- Manage budget utilization according to approved budget and track expenditure and savings
- Update the Programme Directors regularly on Programme milestones, and prepare periodic reports on project progress and fund utilization to Senior management and Funders
- Provide secretarial support to key Programme meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline, with at least 5-7 years of industry experience
- Good team collaboration skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders across different domains
- Organised, meticulous individual with good project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to see things through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
