This role will report to the Distribution Compensation Operations Lead to support the end-to-end process of compensation payouts for distribution channels. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. We're looking for someone who can lead change and drive innovation in our digital transformation, with a passion for data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in understanding business requirements and visualizing business data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement processing models to support key distribution compensation strategies.
  • Assess and optimize existing processes for migration to ensure consistent and comprehensive data aggregation and reporting.
  • Manage BAU end-to-end activities to ensure payment accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Support the team in compensation system development, including new system implementation, database migration, and data structure changes.
  • Alert the team lead to any exceptional trends, operational risks, or gaps.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented individual with experience in data analytics tools, such as Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, and Qlik. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, able to deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to listen to multiple stakeholders are essential.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations or distribution support, preferably in the financial industry in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools.
  • Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Technology.
