Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and team dynamics, providing expert HR advice and support to drive business results.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels across teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and minimizing miscommunication.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential issues, proposing solutions and supporting implementation.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to drive retention and improve the overall work environment.
  • Partner with other HR functions to develop and implement HR initiatives, including learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and employer branding.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above with more than 7 years of experience as a HRBP in an internet or gaming company, with a strong understanding of global publishing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of the BP role and demonstrating a sense of responsibility and pride in supporting business teams.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to gain trust from all levels of the organization and understand real business needs.
  • Experience supporting and influencing senior leaders to make informed people decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
