About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to lead our sales training initiatives across the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on sales tools, processes, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's proficiency in using sales tools, understanding sales processes, and mastering sales methodologies.
  2. Assess the training needs of the sales team and create tailored training plans to address those needs.
  3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within the region to proactively identify potential opportunities to expand training programs.
  4. Maintain and enhance end-to-end learning programs, including eLearning modules, virtual facilitation, and live facilitation sessions.
  5. Collaborate with the Vertical Growth team to identify and highlight regional trends and opportunities within key verticals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of sales tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly with a commercial audience and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance learning content.
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in instructional design and creating comprehensive learning programs.
  • Mandarin and English speaking.
