- Promptly respond to customers' in-coming calls and orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee data entry, filing, and scanning of documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and delivery staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong team player with a positive work attitude and a commitment to work duties and responsibilities.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm
