We are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to spearhead our APAC expansion.


As a key member of the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, sales enablement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, with expertise in multi-channel campaign development, buyer journey optimization, and data-driven decision making.

About this role:
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans for assigned regions and roles
  • Create strategy for APAC and assigned IT roles, including messaging, offers, digital buyer journeys, enablement, and promotional plans
  • Work effectively in a matrixed environment with Sales, Product, Research, and global marketing partners to align marketing activities and priorities
  • Lead global marketing plans for assigned global programs and/or roles

What You Will Do:

We're looking for a collaborative leader with a passion for customer-centric marketing and sales productivity. The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong executive presence
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies for buyers in IT organizations
  • Ability to assess market landscapes and create focused, integrated marketing plans
  • Expertise in creating messaging, offers, digital buyer journeys, enablement, and promotional plans to drive prospect conversion and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You Will Need:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • 10+ years' direct experience in related B2B marketing roles
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from senior management, managers, clients, and customers
