Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at SPIDER DIGITAL PTE. LTD. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Oversee employee onboarding, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation, and monitoring probationary performance
  • Administer leave and benefit claims, as well as employment passes and work permits
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IR21/IR8A filings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings and hotel reservations
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and corporate secretarial documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex matters independently
