Administrative Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Administrative Professional. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and manage delivery orders, including invoices and credit notes.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of cheques and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors to process purchase orders.
- Utilize the INFO-Tech system to manage absentee records.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Olevel or ITE certificate with relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
