Role Summary

SPD is seeking a Part-Time Outreach Support Specialist to join its team. This role involves conducting door-to-door outreach, establishing relationships with community members, and engaging potential volunteers.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Community Inclusion & Engagement and Volunteer Management teams to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with SPD's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-Door Outreach: Conduct outreach within designated areas to promote SPD's services and opportunities.
  • Outreach Booth Support: Set up and manage outreach booths in community spaces to engage with individuals and promote SPD's programs.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Community Inclusion & Engagement and Volunteer Management teams to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with SPD's goals.

Requirements:

  • Basic MS Excel skills
  • Ability to travel around the North-east region of Singapore
  • Eagerness to champion services for persons with disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and presentable
