Roles & Responsibilities

As a key member of the Royal Plaza Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm and efficient arrival and departure experiences for guests
  • Handling guest feedback with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of memorable guest experiences
  • Assisting with F&B operations, including knowledge of food and wine
  • Managing the Executive Lounge breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktail service
  • Developing versatility through learning opportunities in the rooms division

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in handling guest feedback and managing difficult situations
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to serve alcohol

Candidates who are unable to work midnight shifts may be considered for fixed day shifts.
