Channel Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network in the IT distribution sector.

  • Distribute products through assigned partners to increase sales revenue and gross profit.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners within the IT distribution ecosystem.
  • Discover, onboard, and support new channel partners.
  • Deliver sales training and product updates to partners to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and manage partner pipelines, incentive programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide high-quality support aligned with SLAs.
  • Analyze business trends and forecast sales performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with channel ecosystems, incentive schemes, and vendor programs.
