As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Customer-Channel inputs and requirements to the assigned APAC Segment team. You will partner with the Segment and Local Markets to develop and execute Category-Channel strategies and Go-to-Market action plans to accelerate profitable sales and market share growth in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Category-Channel Strategy and Go-to-Market toolkits covering Multi-Channel Paths to Purchase, Channel Segmentation, Investment Sufficiency & Prioritization, GP and Portfolio laddering, Presence & Prominence objectives and Perfect Store execution guidelines
  • Work closely with Segment teams and local market directors to build strong Key Customer Plans and Activation Grids
  • Drive right Customer inputs into Segment plans and deliver shopper & retail execution toolkits as part of product innovation launches
  • Develop and deliver Perfect Store guidelines for the respective category from ranging recommendation, driving the right high GP mix of codes, planograming & merchandising guidelines
