  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Application Support team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SWIFT application system monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • This role involves working closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery of applications and services.
  • You will be responsible for investigating issues reported by users, providing effective fixes, and ensuring that the environment is stable for testing.
  • Additionally, you will prepare change details for production releases and collaborate with the team to resolve any operational queries raised by users.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SWIFT is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT configuration, rule setup, and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT Alliance Gateway and overall SWIFT products is required.
  • You should have analytical skills to analyze user requirements, investigate issues, and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands and SQL queries is necessary.
  • Ability to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
