Project Executive

The Project Executive is responsible for overseeing the execution of high-rise commercial building projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality and safety standards.

A strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in high-rise commercial building projects are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and technical expertise.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on project works, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Leading the project team, promoting productivity, performance, and collaboration.
  • Monitoring site progress, ensuring timely completion and proper work sequencing.
  • Efficiently managing resources and materials, minimizing waste and maximizing value.

The requirements for this role are:

  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in high-rise commercial building projects, with at least three full cycles of projects valued at over $100M.
  • Excellent grasp of end-to-end construction processes, methodologies, and technical expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and knowledge of method statements, planning access, and site setting up plans.

The essential skills required for this role are:

  • Negotiation and budget management.
  • Leadership and subcontract management.
  • Construction management, compliance, and safety.
  • Project management, stakeholder management, and quality checks.

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read and understand drawings to solve site issues.
