Construction Director for High-Rise Projects

Director of Construction Operations
The primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the successful execution of high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new data center project executions, including green and brown field projects.
- Develop project master programs and set up project processes.
- Sourcing suitable specialists and subject matter experts for project delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into executable project deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, capital funding cash flow, and spending within approved limits.
- Lead project tender and administration processes.
- Provide timely and accurate progress and expenditure reports to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management or construction management with proven track records in high-rise data center projects.
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Strong leadership skills, team player attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with attention to detail.
- Good financial knowledge for cost control and management.
Additional Work Requirements:
- Flexibility to work on Sundays, public holidays, and during non-standard hours.
- Willingsness to perform night shifts and rotational shifts as required.
- Availability for overtime to meet project deadlines and emergencies.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and project demands with professionalism.
