High-Rise Construction Management Role

We are seeking an accomplished Director of High-Rise Project Operations to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and a deep understanding of high-rise data center development.

The role involves managing new data center project executions, including green and brown field projects, developing project master plans, setting up project processes, sourcing suitable specialists, translating business requirements into executable project deliverables, preparing and managing project budgets, leading tender and administration processes, and providing timely progress and expenditure reports to management.

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track records in high-rise data center projects with a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management or construction management.\
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, team player attitude, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.\
  • Key Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture.\
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on Sundays, public holidays, non-standard hours, night shifts, rotational shifts, and overtime as required.\
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and project demands with professionalism.\
  • Financial Knowledge: Good financial knowledge for cost control and management.\
  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English with attention to detail.\
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, team player attitude, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, good financial knowledge, adaptability, and flexibility.\
  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture.\
