DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead high rise condominium/apartment projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and codes of practice. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with authorities, preparing reports and specifications, and mentoring team members.
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to take on a leadership role in the development of high rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all engineering works comply with local standards and legislations.
- To manage and communicate with internal/external project teams about engineering works and project schedule.
- To prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application.
- To identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose effective solutions.
- To coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation issues.
- To mentor the project team and manage its performance.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in high rise condominium/project management would be advantageous.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills and team work.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
