Master Architect Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the Master Architect Coordinator position. As a key member of our architecture department, you will oversee the coordination of all architectural works in accordance with the project master programme.
- You will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of the project architectural scope of works, ensuring timely completion and compliance with site EHS requirements.
- You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and tradespeople to resolve issues and ensure permanent project works are implemented as per the project master programme.
- You will coordinate with the site QS on evaluation of quotations from approved vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- You will support BIM/Draftsmen and/or subcontractors in the preparation of all architectural drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a degree in Architecture or Engineering or other related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Singapore construction with proven track record with A1 contractors.
- Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD.
- Proven track record in high-rise, mixed-development, or civil projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
