Senior Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our high-rise commercial building projects.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing all phases from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • This key role involves creating and maintaining detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate design efforts with various stakeholders, leading tendering processes, contract negotiations, and effective implementation of construction operations.
  • Site visits will be conducted regularly to monitor progress and enforce quality assurance standards throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is typically required for this position.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes is also essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other project management software tools is expected.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
