Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Project Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-rise commercial building projects from conception to completion.

  • Promote a culture of excellence in project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget control and quality standards are met.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
About You:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience in high-rise commercial building projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
