About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at MANDAI RESORTS PTE. LTD. as we prepare to launch our new resort.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to shape the culture and set the standards for Human Capital practices at our resort. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deepen and advance their HR career by being involved in the formulation and setting up of the HR department and HR policies for our new resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivating a Positive Work Culture

Responsible for cultivating and embedding our company culture and ethos in the organization.

Employee Value Proposition

Ensure that our vision, mission, core values, and brand positioning are key aspects of the resort's Employee Value Proposition.

Continuous Learning

Promote and inculcate a culture of continuous learning and development.

Training Needs Analysis

Conduct regular training needs analysis and formulate an annual training plan for the resort.

Training Program Design

Design and curate various training programs to meet both the resort's and individual's learning and development needs.

Training Delivery

Conduct training and orientation programs, core training programs, and other related development programs to strengthen the bench-strength of the organization.

Training Evaluation

Measure the effectiveness of the training programs and monitor their impact on the organization.

Talent Management

Support our Talent Management Programs, including recommending outsourcing of training courses and providing suggestions for inviting external resource speakers as part of training programs.

Development Programs

Ensure that high potential associates undergo appropriate development programs and activities.

Requirements
  • Education

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) will be advantageous.

Experience

Proven track record of 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. The candidate should have a proven track record of formulating and developing L&D strategies and programs.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Able to handle matters independently and exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
