Job Title: Leisure Operations Specialist

Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic leisure environment, supporting the smooth operation of our Gym/Studio facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, monitor equipment usage, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

2. Customer Service: Interact with members/clients and guests, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience at the Gym/Studio.

3. Membership Support: Assist with membership registration, daily data entry, and updating membership information. Follow up with member/guest support and develop initiatives to promote engagement and retention.

4. Financial Administration: Ensure follow-up on outstanding membership fees.
