We currently have an exciting opportunity for a bright, capable person to work in our Leisure FIT & Group Reservations department as an Leisure Travel Executive. You will be the bridge between our clients overseas and our suppliers in Singapore. You will be required to handle all communication related to bookings, quotations, requests and confirmations prior to the customers arrival and to coordinate delivery of the above services to the customer during their stay in line with Destination Asia’s high service standards and expectations.

You are an experienced Reservations specialist within the Travel Industry, even better, but not essential you have a passion and in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s inbound tourism profile with familiarity working with international, English-speaking B2B clients. You will have a systematic and logical approach to managing workload, solving problems not to mention self-motivated, highly organized, pro-active and flexible. You have a strong work ethic with a real commitment to continuous improvement. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and have a clear understanding and appreciation for Singapore culture. Prior experience in inbound Singapore tourism preferred.

Day to Day you will be:

- Booking of all reservation services required (Eg. Hotel room, tours, transfers, attraction tickets, cruise or shows)
- Planning, recommending and customising quotation/itinerary and special requests.
- Reservation support in GIT business & events
- On site operation support for FIT/GIT operational movement according to business source (E.g Cruise business, events, student groups, etc.)
- Provide Customer Service & support during & after office hours on reservation discrepancy (E.g. handling of complaints/feedback)
