The Junior HR Executive position is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR benefits administration.

As part of the Total Rewards Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for various HR-related tasks, including medical insurance management, invoice processing, and communication with employees and vendors.

  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related communications
  • Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee hospital admissions or specialist visits
  • Cordialation between healthcare providers, site administrators, and employees to ensure smooth processing of LOGs and tagging
  • Respond to queries regarding medical benefits, coverage, and claims per policy

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR benefits administration, preferably in the construction setting.

Key skills include strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with HRIS systems e.g. Times Software.
