Sales Manager, Event Sponsorships

About the Role
In this exciting opportunity as a Sales Manager, Event Sponsorships, you will:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets independently, taking ownership of your performance and results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to effectively promote our value propositions to potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions that meet their commercial objectives and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and delivering a high level of support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, leveraging your interpersonal skills and knowledge of conference workflows to drive success.
- Proactively manage sales pipelines, providing timely and accurate reports and forecasts to stakeholders, and communicating clearly on pipeline progress, strategic plans, and account risks.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and patterns, providing quarterly insights and recommendations to the team to inform business decisions.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in terms of advertising and sponsorship strategies.
- Travel regionally for events as required, representing the company and building relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in sponsorship sales in a B2B industry.
- Advantageous to have worked in the legal, compliance, risk, or regulatory communities in Asia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and advantageous to speak other Asian languages.
- Experience working closely with Asian-based customers in a B2B setting.
