Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to manage the day-to-day operation of our data centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our critical facility systems.

About the Role:

  • Manage the risk associated with facility system availability and drive resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement projects to enhance capacity, efficiency, and reliability of current facility systems.
  • Support IT managers on their projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams on new site/data-hall construction and commissioning.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in critical facility management or operation in large-scale data centers or 5+ years in large-scale production facility management.
  • Experience and knowledge of MEP equipment such as UPS, generator, chiller, pump, cooling tower, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail to identify risks and drive resolution.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese.
