Data Center Maintenance Specialist

As a key team member, the Facilities Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of data center facilities. The successful candidate should have strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, with experience in managing facilities teams and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement routine and scheduled maintenance plans to ensure smooth operation of data center facilities.
  • Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Oversee and coordinate work of outsourced service providers to guarantee quality performance and compliance with service expectations.
  • Liaise with internal engineers and managing agents to verify that maintenance tasks are performed according to plan and scope.
  • Conduct regular safety and quality inspections across all data center facilities, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or related field is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, including preventive maintenance and project management is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work efficiently under pressure in dynamic environment are required.

Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering or facilities management will be beneficial in this role.
