We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Execute and lead daily maintenance and operations of data center facilities, ensuring serviceability of all active and redundancy equipment.
  • Perform routine facilities activities, including critical system checks and functional testing.
  • Respond to Mechanical and Electrical alarms/faults, identify and analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Respond to Building Management System (BMS)/Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alerts, providing feedback on outstanding issues or events.
  • Facilitate data center projects, site construction activities, and installations, coordinating with external contractors and testing in adherence to operational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations.
  • Candidates without required academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations.
  • Strong technical and functional skills and knowledge of facilities management and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
  • To attend to customer requests and deliveries, such as installations and coordination with design & construction teams.
  • To involve in scheduling, coordination, and completion of planned and emergency maintenance events.
  • To support various accreditation, certification, and compliance initiatives, such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR.
